Let’s Make Your Design Buildable — Where visual impact meets structural reliability
After installation, the space performed exactly as intended —  guests naturally gathered around the bar after returning from the beach,  stayed longer, and the overall atmosphere supported a more premium, high-value experience.
The goal was not only to create a visually striking installation,  but to extend the resort experience —  so that even indoors, guests remain in a relaxed, seaside state of mind.
A Bar That Extends the Ocean Experience Indoors
The client, a luxury beachfront resort, shared a clear vision:
“We want guests to feel the ocean even after they leave it,  After swimming, when they walk back inside,  the atmosphere should still feel like part of the seaside experience.”
The project required a central bar installation that could function efficiently while becoming the emotional and visual core of the resort.

Working closely with the client and their design team,

we developed a layered Synthetic Crystal structure inspired by the movement of ocean waves.
The flowing geometry and transparency allow the piece to echo the rhythm of water —  creating a seamless transition between the outdoor sea and the indoor space,During the day, natural light passes through the material,  softly reflecting and diffusing like sunlight on water,At night, integrated lighting transforms the bar into a glowing focal point,  recreating the calm and immersive atmosphere of the coastline.
For Maximum Visual Impact
Key Challenges
- Complex multi-layer curved geometry across large surfaces
- Maintaining clarity and consistency in thick Synthetic Crystal sections
- Integrating lighting within transparent structural elements
- Achieving seamless joints across irregular shapes
- Ensuring durability for high-traffic commercial use
For Maximum Visual Impact
Our Approach
- Engineered layered structure to achieve depth and visual texture
- Optimized material thickness for strength and transparency
- Designed concealed joints for seamless appearance
- Integrated lighting compatibility within the structure
- Planned segmented fabrication for complex curved components
For Maximum Visual Impact
Execution
- Precision CNC machining for layered Synthetic Crystal components
- Heat forming to achieve flowing organic shapes
- Manual polishing to enhance optical clarity
- Controlled bonding for seamless integration
- Assembly and structural reinforcement for commercial use
For Maximum Visual Impact
Result
- Strong visual centerpiece for the space
- Layered transparency creating depth and movement
- Seamless finish with no visible joint lines
- Durable structure suitable for high-traffic environments
- Accurate realization of complex design geometry
We developed a material and fabrication solution based on Synthetic Crystal combined with layered construction techniques.
It is not just a bar —
but a continuation of the resort’s atmosphere and identity.
